Yes, I know. Pain in the butt - the hardest part of joining a new site, to go through the application. So come on, don't be shy. Go in, write an application, be proud of how much you can say about your character and be officially welcomed into the site community. Here at Another Tragedy, we have a build-your-own application style, in which you can use your own colors or lyrics within the application, to help it become more personalized. But don't worry, the application is extremely short, so it won't be long before an admin can review it and you can hopefully begin roleplaying!

After your application has been reviewed and approved by an admin, it will be moved to this board for safe keeping for later use. They are sorted into their proper groups in alphabetical order. If you have been deemed inactive by an admin, your application will be moved to the archives where it will collect dust until you are active again.

What's the one and only way for your character to join fifty billion plots without writing fifty billion paragraphs? Personals! Come here and make a personal for your character. These plot pages will soon probably get attacked with responses with what the relationship between YOUR character and THEIR character will be. From friends, to lovers, to enemies... these are certainly a way to get your plotting started. Request siblings, friends, whatever! Plot pages are a must!

Here you can post some in character extras such as journals, diaries, photo albums, etc. You name it, it's here. All of these help others give a better understanding to what your character is really like, and a way for you to keep track of their current mood so you can better get in their head for roleplaying.

It's the 21st century, of course there's all kinds of new technology out there. Whether it be cell phones, instant messaging, or email, here's where all of it is found! Technology connects every single one of us to the world. Be careful though, they leave traces a good hacker can see, and with a community like Hollowton, it could happen when you least expect it. Just remember to always be cautious while contacting someone else, especially with something you don't want others to know. Confidentiality doesn't always stay that way.

Television, newspapers, internet - media affects each and every one of us in such a small country when everything someone does is caught on film and reviewed. If I were you, I would check some kind of source every day to see if you somehow did something to merit the attention of the media. It is known for it's ruthless ways of twisting the truth. You don't want to find yourself entangled in the dramatization of the media!

The palace dates back to some of Casticova's earliest history. Its romanesque architecture is one of the last remaining of that style, as the town has since become more modernized over time. The palace is extremely large, and is located in the exact center of the city. Ironically, the palace was built in such a way that it is a part of both the north and south sides of the city, making it almost neutral. Neither side may live in the building until one defeats the other and rightfully receives power.

The largest high school in all of Casticova is Hollowton High, and the university everyone goes to is Hollowton University. Not very creative names, but they both have a stellar education specifically for mutants. They are located down the road from each other in what people call the schooling district.

In Hollowton, the market place is the center for the majority of your everyday needs. Fresh foods can be found here, as well as other items, much like any supermarket. Of course, if you don't want the food from there, there are other places available for you to shop. There are also some small cafes on the edges of the market place where you can relax and enjoy freshly cooked meal from the chefs who work there. The market is often a place where many citizens in Hollowton gather, and makes a nice meeting spot.

The Business District, more commonly known as The District, is the location of many of Hollowton's larger corporations and companies. It is the largest source of employment in the city, and contains many important government offices and buildings.

Strange name right? Well the person who actually built the mall named it, they thought it'd be amusing to name it after both Hollowton and Casticova (guess they're the only one who found it funny). Here most kids can get the latest fashions, because yes, the fancy clothing stores for 'normal' kids leave no child behind.

This is obviously where the restraurants and cafes are. Basically, this is where everyone goes out to eat (crazy enough though, there isn't a McDonalds or Burger King to be found!), a majority of Casticova's people don't even like fast food, and because there are no fast food places - everyone is actually skinnier.

This is where the majority of Hollowton's poorer citizens live, although there are some wealthier people who own an apartment as well. The apartment housing district is comprised of four main complexes. Crest Groove Village, where most of the wealthier apartment owners live. It is well structured and very nice, almost like a condo. Montshire is another rather nice-looking complex, although it doesn't have the same appeal as Crest Groove. Another complex is Sweetgate, although it is much poorer quality. The worst of the apartments is Plumbwood Circle, which was practically abandoned and where many people without jobs or money stay.

Hollyford Hills Luxury Homes, where those wealthy enough to purchase their own house live, although not as wealthy as those who own a villa. Hollyford Hills is a neighborhood on the outskirts of Hollowton, where a series of rather large housing is provided. Many of the residents in Hollowton live here, if not in one of the four apartment complexes. Most of the houses are two-story, although there are a few that only have one floor. Each house is designed in a similar, modern looking style, and are made from a combination of bricks and fancy stone.

If a person's life is in grave danger because of injuries, oh lets say a worthington crossed into brigham territory and got injured due to that? Well, they'll end up here, at the largest (and only) hospital in all of Casticova. The doctors are very high rated and the death rate is fairly low.

The Center for Dangerous Mutants is a large, factory like building that looks like nothing special on the outside. There are only two doors, the front door, and a back door for deliveries. It is impossible to break out or break in to the building. Security levels are at an extreme here, with dozens of security on at all times, along with being completely neutral of powers (as they employ negaters to keep it this way). It is not a prison for mutants. Rather a haven within a haven for those who cannot control their powers. Though people view it as a threat to society, it is anything but. People who spend time in the building, as everyone calls it, find it fairly enjoyable. The only drawback - no contact with the outside world.

The underground is a group of clubs that only open up during the night. This place is kept hidden from the police and the government. Alcohol is given to anyone who has the money to pay for it, and it is a hotspot for drug dealers looking to make some good cash.

Foxmill Hill is the section of Hollowton which belongs mainly to the rich (basically just the people who work for the big companies or are from royalty).

A large mysterious forest that's extremely thick and hard to navigate. It's to the north of Hollowton, and almost makes a type of barrier between the peaceful land and where the Brigham's 'base' is located.

Extremely far to the north rests a town, as near to the Brigham Manor as any town is. It's on the coast of the Tasmosus River. Pointed towards Italy, it's a cute little town, actually it's almost village like in appearance. It is mainly farms that are spread out, so picture a bunch of cow fields, and you basically have New Ashvale.

Large, beautiful mountains that are mainly in the north, though trickle into the south. They were once active volcanos, now dormant for so many years, it's unlikely they'll ever become active again. Most of the time, however, there are earthquakes that erupt from their bases. It's said that they are slowly pushing together harder, and slowly becoming taller.

Hollow Falls are named for the capital city. Also because behind the falls is a giant cave. Thrill seekers love to jump from the twenty foot drop into almost seventeen feet of water. The cave behind the falls is gorgeous, and sometimes people find it a perfect place to camp.

The building is located on the median line in neutral territory. Its not in Hollowton, its actually all the way on the west coast of Casticova towards Italy. All mutants that are being forced to Casticova are basically shuttled through this building to get checked out before they are allowed to go to Hollowton, or are forced to the building.

On the outskirts of the capital is a giant building that is only half standing. That is because the two sides to the royal line attacked, and the northern side decided that the easiest way to get rid of the government was to simply blow them all to hell.

This town, of which no one can actually pronounce the name, was located in the south. It was pretty damn beautiful, with loads of rich families and gorgeous houses, until the north, well, Devon Brigham, decided to blow it up in sheer boredom. Now all that's left are ruins of the old houses, and mainly poor people live there. No one has really bothered to rebuild.

A city far to the south, it's full of the rich and wealthy, and sits on the coast. It is full of mainly snotty, aristocratic like people who have their noses pointed up and away. The town has beautiful houses that aren't clustered together, but really aren't miles apart.

A large, beautiful, luscious green forest full of giant trees that tower far above any four story building. It's like a strange miniature rain forest on the island, and near the end of the woods, stands Worthington Estate.
